Pick your box type and size, then complete the order form or send us a quick WhatsApp with your details and occasion.
We confirm your order and send banking details. Once payment reflects we begin curating your box with love — no going back from here!
Within 5–7 business days, your box is hand-assembled, beautifully wrapped, and ready for collection at Pearly Nails Studio in Centurion.
Use our order form, send us a WhatsApp on 068 017 4894, or DM us on Instagram @pearlynailssa. We'll confirm the details and send through banking info.
Payment is via EFT (bank transfer). We send banking details once your order is confirmed, and begin creating your box the moment payment reflects — so please send proof of payment via WhatsApp.
Because production begins the moment payment reflects, we cannot offer refunds once we've started your box. If you need to cancel before paying, simply let us know and no charge will apply.
Our standard lead time is 5–7 business days from when payment reflects. Need it sooner? Let us know when ordering and we'll confirm if we can meet your date.
Boxes are collected from Pearly Nails Studio in Rooihuiskraal North, Centurion. If you'd like it delivered, you're welcome to arrange and pay for your own courier — just let us know.
The Pamper Box is a curated signature box. For full personalisation — choosing scents, colours and contents — go for The For-Her Box, where we tailor everything to the person you're gifting.
Yes — please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities when ordering and we'll curate accordingly. Just note the boxes are assembled in a home studio, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Absolutely. You're welcome to arrange a courier (at your own cost) to collect from our studio. Once the box leaves us, the courier takes responsibility for safe delivery.
