Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to refuse future bookings for repeated no-shows
1.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients.

- Current prices are available on our pricelist
- Complex nail art designs may incur additional charges
- Payment is due at the time of service

Service times are approximate and may vary depending on the condition of your nails and the complexity of your chosen design.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Client Health
- Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service
- If you have a nail infection, fungal condition, or open wounds, we reserve the right to refuse service
- Pregnant clients should consult their doctor before receiving nail services
3.2 Hygiene Standards
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. All tools are properly sterilized between clients, and we use disposable items where appropriate.
3.3 Allergic Reactions
While we use quality products, allergic reactions can occur. If you experience any adverse reactions, please contact us immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
4. Nail Care and Maintenance
4.1 Aftercare
- Please follow all aftercare instructions provided by your technician
- Proper care will help extend the life of your nails
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or maintenance
4.2 Fills and Touch-ups
Acrylic and gel nails require regular maintenance. We recommend fills every 2-4 weeks depending on growth rate and nail type.
5. Liability
5.1 Our Responsibility
- We take every care to provide safe, quality services
- We are not liable for damage to natural nails that occurs due to improper removal or care by the client
- We are not responsible for lifting, chipping, or breaking that occurs due to client lifestyle or activities
5.2 Personal Belongings
Pearly Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
6. Children
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to minors at our discretion.
7. Photography and Social Media
We may photograph your nails for our portfolio and social media. If you do not wish your nails to be photographed, please inform your technician.
8. Refunds and Complaints
8.1 Service Issues
- If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours
- We will do our best to resolve any issues
- Refunds are at the discretion of management
8.2 Complaints Process
Please speak to us directly if you have any concerns. We value your feedback and strive to provide excellent service.
9. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
